Cancellation Policy
* I charge a 50% cancelation fee for any No-Call/No-Shows. A No Call/No Show is a waste of an appointment time that could have otherwise been filled by someone in need.
* I charge a 20% cancelation fee for any cancellations made within the 24hr time frame of the scheduled appointment.
The fee will be waived if i can fill the appointment with someone on a waiting list.
I do understand at times it is necessary to reschedule or cancel and all excuses will be taken into consideration.
However those with excessive cancellations may be restricted from rescheduling any further appointments.
